Being Sunday I went on a cooking strike and suggested that we go out for lunch to an actual food truck, just like they have up north. It is called Los Yucas. And they advertise that it is Yucatan cuisine on wheels. Brenda and Roy Going To Mexico. Friday, January 31, 2014. Yes, I am still alive, I am just being extremely lazy when it comes to blogging. We haven't been doing anything exciting and I just haven't felt like writing about the weather, errands, classes, my painting, etc. On the way home I noticed a truck on the street selling tomatoes at 8 pesos a kilo, they have been very high priced lately and I have been wanting to make more spaghetti sauce to freeze, so I have been waiting for them to go down in price.
