Sunday, August 9, 2015. Family Reunion in Yosemite - Part 3. Brad made some cool t-shirts for all of us to wear the next day. We headed down to the valley to see the beautiful views. What a lovely day it was! We also went up to Glacier Point which was truly amazing. The views were spectacular. Here, Corban is pointing to the waterfall that we climbed to the day before. It's just amazing the scale of this place! We got most of the grandkids in this picture. What a fun group! On our way back, we saw a bear!

Sunday, July 26, 2015. The end of the school year always brings a fun day for the kids. This year's field day didn't disappoint. They had lots of fun games for the kids to play. I was in charge of the parachute this year. Eleanor had fun playing with it. Corban enjoyed going around to all of the stations with one of his best buddies, Mike. Charlotte had a great time doing all of the activities. She was nice enough to come over and play at my station too. The kids were VERY wet afterward. I DO MOM THINGS.

Well, between swim lessons, traveling, and knowing how tough it is, we only made it one time. It was about an hour drive to the Snoqualmie tunnel, and you can walk or bike the 2 miles all in the tunnel. We had fun and also fought over flashlights 2 miles in, and 2 miles out. At first she was dissapointed in the role she got, but I just told her to be greatful to have a speaking part because there were 70 fifth graders that tried out and only a few speaking parts. Sadie and Kamry go to a HUGE elementary school. Over 1,00 students! That is about the size of my highschool!
