After three previous failed attempts to navigate the 40 km river bed from Riverview to the border of the Umfilozi / Hluhluwe park, on Saturday Stewart and I tried again and managed to reach the park boundary fence, finaly. The early morning start in Richards. The last 2 km before the river.
