Up to armpits down the arm. Second, again meditation stance. Light fist, external thumb. Same breathing but both thumbs. Stretch open towards each other. Thirdis a wider stance, same breath. Arms to side hanging down. Hand in fist, thumb inside fist. Breath, hung shoulders as if fists are pulled down. Lift arms straight up.
