http://www.zebrafishbrain.org/status.php

The end user website for viewing the tutorials is almost complete and going through final design stages. We have focussed on a clean design allowing the images and videos to be presented to their best. We have focused on the main systems and regions of the brain and now have over 18 tutorials developed. We have many movies showing regions rotated in 3d. See the community page. An introduction to the zebrafish brain. Dopaminergic cells in from the ventral diencephalon. Dopaminergic cells in the subpallium.

How to view the tutorials. This is a detailed guide to using the tutorials - what you can expect to find and how to find it. Navigating the tutorials is easy. Simply select one of the main sections - introduction, neuroanatomy or development - to view the page. All tutorials have an introduction - but if there is no neuroanatomy or development data then they won't appear in the menu. If you would like to contribute. An introduction to the zebrafish brain. Dopaminergic cells in the subpallium.

There is significant overlap with other projects in the Wilson and Clarke labs. Both laboratories are part of the large scale consortium ZF-HEALTH which is part of the EU seventh framework partnership programme. The Wilson lab (UCL) is leader for work package 4: gene expression mapping in the brain. We will use zebrafishbrain.org to present information related to ZF-HEALTH tasks. Both Wilson (UCL) and Clarke labs (KCL) are also involved in work package 2: phenotyping. Dopaminergic cells in the subpallium.

how to draw a zebrafish

How to draw a zebrafish. Friday, 10 May 2013. Here's a new drawing, this time of a baby zebrafish. Feel free to use this image, though please credit Lizzy Griffiths if you do :). This one has a bit more detail, with semi-transparent pattern overlays, and a few different brush types. I also finally learnt how to use the gradient mesh tool, which I can't believe I didn't discover earlier! And here's a slightly younger version ( 5dpf). Friday, 12 April 2013.
