WOD #1: Designated Hitter. Athletes may rotate in any order. There is no limit to the number of attempts. Athletes may assist one another in changing weights. Before every attempt, each athlete must declare her movement and weight to the judge, and her teammates (non-lifters) must move out of the designated lifting area. There will be one 35# barbell, plenty of plates (ranging from 2.5#s to 45#s), and no racks. Clips must be on the barbell prior to any attempt. Part A: Bike Sprint. Part B: Team Karen.

This event will utilize a low point scoring system. For each workout, the 1st place finisher will receive one point, 2nd place two points, and so on. Teams will be ranked in order of lowest accumulated points. All teams will compete in the all four workouts; there is no limiting Final event.
