I hold no illusions about it but, I share it here because I think the end captures a particular honesty that relates to the project at hand. We are sailing around the room. I've been thinking a lot about why I've found it so difficult to untether myself from standard relationship terminology ("relationship," "partner," "primary," "lover," etc) when, in spite of the language we choose, we relate to each other in a very particular, honest and tender sort of way.
