http://caroline-cooks.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
The journal of Chef Caroline and her journey with ZenKitchen. Wednesday, June 20, 2007. Well here I grow again. It's June 20 and I have another successful dinner under my belt. Wow, my belt is getting bigger! It's hard to believe that I've done three to date and they were all so special and magical. So, with a wonderful event behind me and nice comments flowing in, I am delighted and hope that people won't forget about me to the fall. Should I have an event earlier than that? BigNose: Some wines for class
http://bignosed.blogspot.com/2008/09/some-wines-for-class.html
Monday, September 22, 2008. Some wines for class. Here are my notes on some wines my New World Wines class has tasted:. Pale yellow with a straw hue. Nose of petrol, green apple, herbaceous and very light tropical fruit. Light bodied, high acid - extra dry. A very sour mouthfeel. And a mild green apple flavour. A long tart finish. Due to too much acidity and too little fruit. Light yellow with a green hue. Nose of green pepper, and a hint of green apple. Flavours of bitter apple. The mouthfeel.
