Waiworinao random notes by arvid andersson. Minimalicious testing in Ruby 1.9 with MiniTest. Confessions of a Madman. Why do I bother? Jul 22nd, 2010 at 6:28 PM. Average number of weeks ago. That my friends have posted to their LJ:. ETA: I guess it is fair to say that at 1001 posts I now feel like I'm talking entirely to myself. A Ruby pre-defined variable and you. (and JRuby). A Ruby pre-defined variable and you. (and JRuby). I was recently wrestling with an obscure JDBC bug in Sequel. I was seeing an error connecting to the PostgreSQL database but it was being rescued by the Sequel JDBC adapter and hidden a little bit. (If you’re curious to see the fix it’s over on Github. Anyway, the original error led me to believe that the JDBC adapter for postgres wasn’t being loaded at all. And see what was loaded. And I were able to figu...
