India Mission Trip 2015/8. July 20, 2015. July 20, 2015. Praise God for his faithfulness. To be honest, it was way more than what I expected. We really have to count on His promises than ours! Proven again and again! We also had dinner with Emily last Friday and she ended up giving me 30 USD which was how much the dinner cost! Haha I am still thankful but really in my head, I am thinking “really! It is hard and I really don’t know how missionaries like Bertina, Clay and others do this? June 2, 2015.

India Mission Trip 2015/8. To give is to receive. June 2, 2015. June 2, 2015. Last week, we visited a few good friends of mine who aren’t believers yet. I told them about the trip to India and some of them are very interested. Some immediately gave money to me to support me. Give is such a test of faith and act of faith. Also, faith without work is dead. Acts 20:35 It is more blessed to give than to receive. Proverbs 22:9 Whoever has a bountiful eye will be blessed, for he shares his bread with the poor.

Two Years Ago Today. June 17, 2015. Two years ago today. We arrived in Taiwan. Our overnight flight landed and our new life began. Crista had been here on a mission trip and then for a week while we looked for an apartment and bought some mattresses and a refrigerator. Our two youngest kids had never set foot outside the United States. Katelyn had also been here on a mission trip. For all five of us – it was, a step of faith. Two years ago today.
