Nuts, Geek, Culture, Chinese, Anarchist. 任何一个工程师只要有好的主意，得到上层Manager的认可后就可以开始执行，而他自己因为对产品或技术的熟悉，在这个项目 产品 上就可以成为Tech Lead，公司的其他员工可以选择加入这个项目，团队的每个成员对产品都可以提出意见。 Ps 我这里不是说苹果没有工程师驱动的创新，而是说 程度 问题，Google在工程师创新驱动的道路上走的比苹果远许多，而这种文化的不同是很难被改变的。 推荐了Qura上的一篇文章， What makes a good engineering culture. 总结就是他认为一个好的工程师文化是去鼓励做具有创造力的事情， 并且 管理者 给工程师空间去做这些具备创造力的事情。 Adders是让其他人变得更加有效率的人，让这些人变成multipliers，这些人不一定让他去做人员管理，而是让他们在更骨干的职位上做IC Internal Communication，内部交流 的作用。 通过正确的Engineering Ladder的设置，让工程师可以在自己的工程道路上进行晋升，鼓励 合作和帮助 的文化.
