Starting with Evidence then review Con Law and Real Property. 1) Need to study the dead man statute. 2) Declarant's then existing state of mind needs to be remembered too. 3) The 10-yr back rule for bad acts applies to EVERYTHING. Even Perjury. 4) Non-felony convictions, EVEN THOSE THAT ARE ON THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE, are INADMISSIBLE!

Stuff relating to patents, technology and accordion. Not necessarily in that order. Thursday, July 01, 2010. This was a less productive day. I did the Conflict of Laws Lecture. Took Crim1 and Crim2 practice MBE exams. At least those went well. Also spent a fair amount of time working on MPT planning. I am trying to learn a new game plan and need to develop a better ability of book-briefing the cases in the MPT library. Accessory after the fact only involves assisting criminals. Monday July 5 AM.
