I was actually on leave this week for the last week of the school holidays – so it was just my luck to spend a few days of it with an ear infection and completely stuffed up. I missed a couple of sessions this week with no good excuse! I feel guilty – because I know I’ve got to have stickability to get the results I want. I did get out for a great ride on Thursday evening and absolutely loved it. Was 5km interval repeats and I was very happy to finish them but very satisfied I did them.
