District 3 approves four-year teacher's contract. James A. Degler. James A. Degler, 82, of Morrisonville, Ill., formerly of Winthrop Harbor, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016 in Taylorville, Ill. He was born March 25, 1934.
