Sunday, April 13, 2008. The arrival of 'Gert'. After 30 something hours of labor it finally took an emergency Caesarian to bring our little 'Gert' into the world. Tuesday, February 26, 2008. Figured that now was a good a time as any to update. 39 weeks, and it's anyones guess as to whether I last another full week. (I'm hoping NOT). Had a burst of nesting, fixed up the bub's/study/spare room and I'm much happier with the layout now. Cleaned up the car port, and even washed out the rubbish bin. Sunday, January 06, 2008. Feelin' hot, hot hot. 41c on New Years Eve, not a day below the mid 20's in weeks, and plenty more of it to come. Talk about a 'great time to be pregnant'! Thank God for air conditioning! And what ever happened to 2007? I blinked and suddenly we're in January 2008! Where the bejeebis has the last 12 months gone? A distant happy memory. Wednesday, December 26, 2007. Weeks pregnant people. not years old! Christmas saw another milestone. 30 weeks down, only 10 (ish) to go. I have no idea where this little bub is going to fit over the next couple of months. isn't the belly big enough? Of course it wouldn't be Christmas without a cute nephew and silly hat.
