So, in anticipation of ZL3 – South Island peaks becoming approved for activation soon, here is mine. Looks like SOTA is yet another part of the amateur radio hobby to become addicted to. Oh well, perhaps 2m might work – on we went, down to Lake Lyndon and around to the southern end. Julia at the summit. The Rakaia River valley and Mt Hutt are in the distance.
