There are other tracks to the summit of varying lengths. Nominal time to summit 4 hour walk minimum. (10-12hr return trip, including SOTA activation time). So, in anticipation of ZL3 – South Island peaks becoming approved for activation soon, here is mine. Looks like SOTA is yet another part of the amateur radio hobby to become addicted to.
