Zoe goes to Calgary. Welcome. Here to read-up on my news? Friday, October 31, 2008. Below are two pics of the little brown bunny before we went out tonight. Zoe goes to Calgary. Welcome. Here to read-up on my news? Thursday, August 28, 2008. Wow - the end of August! It's a crazy thought to be staring down the Labour Day long weekend. I remember this time last year picking mum and Claire up from the airport and then having to explain that although I would normally been up for a bottle of red with lunch, I had a little someone inside who wouldn't be so keen on it - Yay! And now he's almost 5 months old. Posted by Zoe (mother? Monday, August 04, 2008. 160;It ma...

Zoe goes to Calgary. Welcome. Here to read-up on my news? Monday, May 26, 2008. Getting back into it. I'll post some pics soon. As for our first day in a while with just the two of us, Silas and I have had a good one so far, and this afternoon we're heading to the chiropractor. He's had a lot of gas issues and crying - not quite colic-y (thank goodness! But pretty consistently miserable sometimes. He always is happy as pie after he gets a good poo out (aren't we all! Posted by Zoe (mother? The past week...

Zoe goes to Calgary. Welcome. Here to read-up on my news? Monday, December 08, 2008. I have a cute pic to post and will try to type a quick summary of things Silas. . Here he is as we got back to the truck from our Christmas tree hunting expedition (the snow suit is a little big, but it keeps his hands warm since they don't quite reach the ends of the sleeves). . Zoe goes to Calgary. Welcome. Here to read-up on my news? Wednesday, November 05, 2008. Yesterday Silas got his latest immunization shots. We went in early to participate in a development study focused on identifying early signs of autism. I didn't think much of it before hand, but after filling in all the questionaires - yikes! Are you confident in what you are doing', etc. Well, I was feeling pretty good until you started asking about Silas' speech development - Geesh! He just turned 7 months old!

Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Creating Media of All Kinds. Saturday, October 06, 2007. To be continued. Elsewhere. The time has come to migrate my thoughts elsewhere. As any of my loyal readers might have noticed, my posts here have come less and less frequently. I started this blog in early 2005, to track my progress as a poet and filmmaker. It's carried me through directing and editing my first film. And three more, and periodic poetic moments. Posted by Polly @ 9:23 AM. At 2:26 AM, January 27, 2009.

Comment-link {margin-left:.6em;}. Creating Media of All Kinds. Sunday, August 28, 2005. Most Satisfying. Day. Ever. Sooo many satisfying moments, but a few include:. Seeing my name on the slate in the Director slot. Hearing the assistant camera call and mark the first shot. Working with the cast and DP through a few moments that weren't quite what I wanted until I got what I was going for. Seeing how beautiful the actresses look through the viewfinder. Fun to fall asleep in a house filled with film gear.
