Welcome to Pandora's Box: YouTube
http://dali71au.blogspot.com/2007/11/youtube.html
Welcome to Pandora's Box. Let your curiosity guide you. Open the box and pull out bits and pieces from around the cyberspace. Of course, there are downsides. YouTube is a Pandora's box, anything can pop out: from a hidden gem to an unuseful piece of rubbish. This is exactly what the folowing ad from the beauty company "Dove" explores. Are we creating beauty or Frankenstains? Probably we are not ready at our library to fully embrace this video sharing wave. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Welcome to Pandora's Box: Audiobooks
http://dali71au.blogspot.com/2007/11/audiobooks.html
Welcome to Pandora's Box. Let your curiosity guide you. Open the box and pull out bits and pieces from around the cyberspace. I am one of the people Jeff Gomez describes on his book (see previous post) . I am not ready for digital books. I like to read, not to be read. I like to set my own pace, let my imagination flow at the speed it wants, free my butterfly attention, discuss with myself what this word means, re-read beatiful paragraphs. Yes, good idea. but where can I find them? Almost to the end.

http://dali71au.blogspot.com/2007/09/library-e-thing.html
Welcome to Pandora's Box. Let your curiosity guide you. Open the box and pull out bits and pieces from around the cyberspace. This "thing" they put together online is really powerfull, works so quickly and it is very friendly to use. They say they care about books, not selling them. excelent! Well, they give a good hand to Amazon to sell books though. I like the fact you can read others review, and what other good books you are still missing on your shelf. As What You're Reading. Welcome to Pandora's Box: quotes (via Zoho)
http://dali71au.blogspot.com/2007/10/quotes.html
Welcome to Pandora's Box. Let your curiosity guide you. Open the box and pull out bits and pieces from around the cyberspace. The document below was created and posted stright from Zoho. A quite useful tool, a bit slow though. I've been using Yahoo Briefcase for years (somebody else still uses it? To store all my files online. Zoho provides the same service with the advantage of creating docs or spreadsheet without the need of any software. Clean and easy! Let's reflect about technology.
