My journey towards a healthier 2010…. Day 16; back to blogging…. January 16, 2010 in Meltdown 2010. On to the measurements, all good, finally my weight has dropped a bit. Details are as follows:. Bodyweight: 143 lbs (64.9kg) (-3.2 lbs). Chest / bust: 37 (-2″). Upper arm: 10.5 (-0.5 ). Hips: 39 (-2 ). Thighs (4 ): 18 (same). Thighs (8 ): 20.5 (-1.5 ). My journey towards a healthier 2010…. Day 05: measurements…. January 5, 2010 in Meltdown 2010. Just realised I was supposed to take measurements yesterday, will weigh myself in the morning (when my dinner has digested! But other measurements are as follows:. Chest / bust: 38. Upper arm: 10.5. Thighs (4 ): 18. Thighs (8 ): 21.5. So, small reductions in upper arm and upper thigh no other changes to report, although I do definitely feel less bloated. Annied1 ’s Meltdown 2010 blog. Foodwise I had porridge with banana and golden syrup (which I’m sure is banned), tomato soup with Ryvita crispbread for lunch, leftover trout with brocolli and carrots for dinner. Started the day well with my Pyramid workout, beat my previous best and made it down to the end of level 3. Porridge with banana for breakfast, with mint tea. We’d planned a shopping trip to the West End so spent most of the day wandering around shops, trying not to spend money, and dreaming of buying smaller sizes in the summer! My journey towards a healthier 2010…. Day 02; here we go…. January 2, 2010 in Meltdown 2010. Well, it’s Saturday so no problems with scheduling of excercise (and no excuses possible either). Have done my first Meltdown workout and recorded my densities as follows: 37 pushups, 41 squats, 45 shoulder presses, 38 step back lunges, 33 spidermen, 33 step through lunges, 31 curl and press, 42 squats… So, will be trying to beat that every day!
