Zumba certified Zumba Instructor. To become a certified Zumba Instructor, you are required to complete a 1-2 full day workshop. The class usually will begin at about 8 in the morning and run until 5 or 6pm. The program is definately intense! You have just a few hours to learn all the basic moves of the program and then to start doing practice drills and choreography. How often should I change the songs/routines? I was asked this question after one of my classes last week. I do the exact same songs for several weeks in row. This is awesome, because participants can get an even better workout.
