Zumba with Amy B. I'm participating in the 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge with some of my class. The important thing I've learned this week is you need Zumba AND to maintain a proper diet for weight loss. I'd managed to gain a few pounds over Christmas and the new year, even exercising regularly. I'm bad to think, "I've been good and exercised today, so what I eat does not matter." So not true! Also, the Eat Clean Diet books by. I do hereby resolve to blog. I guess it's a sign of age (or maturity, or both).
