Oil for Deep Frying. 2 tbsp Imli (Tamarind)*. A pinch of Salt. Tsp Bhuna Jeera Masala*. Wash and soak the urad dal for about an hour. Now make a fine thick paste of the dal in a blender adding as little water as possible. Add the baking powder and mix well. Once the oil is hot take about 1 tbsp of the dal paste and put it into the oil.
