Sunday, November 14, 2010. Shout Out to The 2010 Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge. Last week a bunch of my friends went over to CrossFit BWI. To compete in the Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge. This is the second annual running of this one, and it's such an awesome concept. They basically throw a bunch of balls in the hopper and pick them out at random to figure out what everyone will be doing. I was so bummed out that I couldn't join in the fun, but at least I could test out the workouts! Hang Power Cleans 95#.

Sunday, November 21, 2010. Back At Siena College. For a metcon I decided to get a little bench in. There's nothing like a little meatheadedness when back at college, so, I wrote up this little one:. 8 minute AMRAP of:. Max Reps Body Weight Bench Press (210#). W/ 5 pull ups and 10 air squats every break/rest. I started off with 10, then moved to 6, then 5, then 5, then 4, then 2, 2, 2 and finally 1.
