Now, I hesitate to use the word ‘diet’ becuase while it is, it seems that we have a stigma associated with the word ‘diet’ that screams starve-yourself and unhealthy fads. The point of the diet is to eat four times (3 meals and a snack) with the same amount of calories balanced throughout the day. ADF Day 2: Working for the Weekend…. March 5, 2013 at 5:53 am. This morning’s weigh-in was much more promising: 193.0. That seems like a steep drop, especially given the luncheon yesterday. I did eat, and even probably ate more than I had to to be socially acceptable there, but I was good and recorded it. I also made a point of not eating anything ELSE yesterday, so that worked out okay in the end. Maybe that’s where those four pounds went? Grow, grass grow. Entry filed under: ADF. Chris works for an local attraction, so his job skews his weekends so that his ‘weekend’ is actually Sunday-Monday instead of Saturday-Sunday like the rest of the world. All the better to keep the place staffed over the weekend, when they do the most business. When I worked there, I went through a period where I worked ALL weekend. That sucked.
