Tuesday, December 11, 2012. Today’s tea was Sleigh Ride, this is one of my favourites and I also have a tea tin of it. I have heard of people putting this loose tea on their oatmeal after it has steeped, what a great idea as the ingredients are delicious. Yesterday would have been a perfect day for a “sleigh ride” in Charlottetown – we had all kinds of snow and the office closed in the afternoon. Sunday, December 9, 2012. Tea door number 9 was Organic Hot Lips, what a fun name, I was excited to try it. This organic green tea is made of cinnamon, safflower, pink peppercorn and chili pepper. I love spices and hot stuff, so I knew I would love this tea. It tasted exactly like liquid cinnamon hearts…this is instantly one of my new favourites, the flavour is massive. Update 8 hours later. December 10, 2012 at 9:48 PM. I totally feel you! Haha that was a novel of a comment! December 15, 2012 at 3:13 PM.

Monday, December 10, 2012. Today I opened tea door number 10 and it was Organic Detox. This tea came at a great time as I had cupcakes and wine on the weekend. I have tried another brand of detox tea before and it tasted like black licorice so I was hoping this tea would taste a bit better. It is a green tea and I love green tea so that was very promising. Sunday, December 2, 2012. I opened my tea this morning and was a bit puzzled.the paper door said "Maté" but the little tin said "Santa's Secret".then I saw on the David's tea facebook page that the December 2nd tea is "Chocolate Rocket". I am not sure what went wrong, I just opened door number 2? The tea ingredients are Chinese black tea, peppermint leaves and candy cane sprinkles. This is definitely my new Christmas favourite, even better than the tea tin I bought last week of Sleigh Ride.
