Advocare and Me Keeping it Real. Monday, May 16, 2011. 10 day cleanse schedule. I have finally lost my 20 lbs! I need some freshening up so I am starting a 10 day cleanse today. Several people question how it works and if you actually get to eat, Yes you do! Now, I am not trying to lose weight on this cleanse just "freshening" up. Advocare and Me Keeping it Real. Friday, June 28, 2013. Friday 165.2 lbs. So I didn't run last night. but I did this morning. My "Running Buddies" Bailey and Daisy were by my side and my little girl was cheering me on from the sidelines. Well I ran for about 10 minutes. It was HOT! May I remind u that it will be 119' today in Phoenix AZ! 8:00 meal replacement shake. 11:30 caramel rice cake. 12:30 asian cabbage salad. Thursday, June 27, 2013. Ok, so I was going to start another challenge a couple weeks ago, but on day 2 of the cleanse I realized that with my anniversary plans I wanted to be carefree, so held off. Advocare and Me Keeping it Real. Wednesday, July 17, 2013. 19 lbs Lighter and 11 1/2 inches Lost. Well, 7 weeks off and on Advocare products. Cheating here and there, and only 1% exercise. But overall changing my eating habits big time. While I still have more to go to be my dream size, right now I am very happy being where I am until. My body is so special and I have been blessed to bring children into this world and hope to continue doing so but while also taking care of my body. Chest: 41 1/2 in.

Didn't do any mix ins, just gave it a good shake. 10:30 handful of almonds. 11:00 veggies and a little ranch. 3:00 veggies and a little ranch. 4:30 handful of almonds. 5:00 Ck pot pie - lots of veggies (no crust). Advocare and Me Keeping it Real. Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Seriously it's soooo hot and humid. I haven't exercised yet today and it's 3:30. I seriously stuffed myself last night and felt so sick all night and all this morning. Lots of running around today and haven't been good at anything. Just a few tatertots- ya I know- horrible and rice cakes. I still just feel stuffed from last night. I knew I shouldn't have eaten that huge tortilla, but I did and now i'm paying for it. Advocare and Me Keeping it Real. Wednesday, June 26, 2013. Challenge Drop Out. "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming.". I haven't even opened this blog because I was ashamed:(. And I just read your comment and it has inspired me. I am a challenge drop out. I'm not sure what happened? Well actually I do. My self esteem was hit by something that was said to me about my weight. I tried to let it roll off my shoulders, but I just felt like I couldn't do it and I just wasn't good enough. I'm just sad now.
