Just another WordPress.com site. April 21, 2012. Been dragging my ass for the last 5-6 days. Had some old injuries flair up and haven’t been able to run when I wanted to. I have been able to hit the bike in the gym at work a couple of times but still took it easy just to be safe. Had to rummage through the house to find a bunch of old braces for my knees and ankle.
