Goa is a mix of Indian and Portuguese cultures. When I was in India I never made it there myself, but I do like their food. I love coconut milk. I just love it. This recipe is a joint effort between Chef Ralph and Chef Toni so this will run for the next two weeks. We serve this dish with coconut rice and mango black bean salsa.
