Friday, August 31, 2012. KGSR and summer anthems. They play great music and it's a radio station! Back in DFW we had NOTHING like this. I listened to entirely too much pop music that was just fed to me through the crappy radio stations that exist there. Now, mind you, I'm not going to fault anyone for a good guilty pleasure moment with Kesha, Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, maybe even a rousing rendition of Pitbull. But c'mon people! Friday, May 24, 2013. Then I was taken ill. What a loooong two weeks! I won't go into too much detail, but we have suffered over here at our home the past fourteen days. I'm drinking my first cup of coffee in what seems like forever, so you know that this has been uncomfortable. I don't know if this was a bug or we all ate something bad, but I'm hopeful no one else got sick. This is a great time to upgrade if you are eligible, so go do it! Links to this post. We went to Uchiko and it was. My husband just knocked it out of the park by picking the restaurant that I had been dying to go to and making a surprise reservation! Not a great pic, but it will do. Keep in mind, I'm a stay at home mom right now, so this won't be terribly thrilling for some people. These are just small fun ideas that I have wanted to do for a long time. I got a free pass (special promo they do for teachers) and Logan got a season pass. We've only been twice so far, but I really hope to go at least two more times and I'd really love to go at night!
