I was just cleaning out some of the old messages in my inbox and came across this photo that Rachel took of Dan last Christmas Eve during church. I thought it was great because it's pretty much us. The boys have reached the age where it is just a good idea to NOT have a party at home. Boys this age are FULL of energy! So this was the perfect venue. And fun just to have a relaxed afternoon celebrating Noah and his special day. I made Noah's birthday cake for him. And Dan loves to give Isaiah a hard time. Dan played ball with the big kids.

Monday, July 6, 2015. MOAB Spring Break 2015. We were able to find a hotel room for Wednesday night, so we decided to go a day earlier so we could ride a full day on Thursday. Madame Pineapple's Misadventures
Tuesday, April 22, 2014. I spent a few weeks before Easter gathering new clothes for the kiddos at various consignment stores and sales and made a new bow tie for Kade. I think they looked pretty spiffy in their new duds:. Chad and I did not wear new clothes. I know better than to suggest to him to try to match the rest of us or go to the work of making a bow tie for him to ignore, but he surprised me by wearing a pastel green tie.
