Sunday, March 1, 2009. It is March, right? I didn't believe the weather man when he said we might get 1-2" of snow (I've heard that one before). But, I definitely didn't expect 7"! She is a ball of fire: feisty, fun, fierce, etc. Since her birthday is on a Wednesday, we won't do our family party until the weekend. But, we did do a little celebration, just for us. Friday, March 26, 2010. We're so glad that spring has finally arrived! It feels so good to escape the winter blues and head outside. One of our favorite things to do is go to the Wilderness Trail at Barfield Park. It's a short hike through the woods, ending at the Stones River, where the kids love to play in the water. Tuesday, November 17, 2009. A few weeks ago, we were tailgating at the MTSU game, it was a gorgeous day, and there was this perfect tree right next to us. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. A few days ago, I told Braden that it was time to clean up. He said he wanted to clean too and asked if he could vacuum. So, I pulled out the stick vac and he went to work. He vacuumed the kitchen for about 30 minutes! Everytime he sucked something up he shouted "I got a cheerio mommy! I got a french fry mommy!
