4 hour body VERSUS pcos. The journey of using the slow carb diet to beat PCOS. W2 4-11FEB: The good, the bad and the ugly. February 12, 2013. Well this week was good and bad. I lost 3kg, as did hubby. I was really sick for most of it😦 I ended in bed for 4 days with my headache😦😦😦 I didn’t get much done during this time, but I did eat properly, well breakfast and dinner anyway as much as I could (see below). I had as much water as possible which helped. Who would have thought! And weight 3kg down!

Day 44: Must Eat More Veggies. May 2, 2011. Breakfast: left over dal and chicken. Snack: handful of mixed nuts. Lunch: Made by Kassandra. Sheppard’s pie from the cookbook with lentils on the side. Dinner: 2 eggs plus some whites scrambled with half a box of frozen asparagus and a package of Serrano ham. Frozen asparagus is pretty nasty. It looks like it should taste good, but does not. That Serrano ham on the other hand, is awesome. I only wish it wasn’t like 4 bucks a package! Day 43: Back From Vacation.
