Flavor - 5 (Okay, but a little lacking). Crunch - 4 (Good, but no breading). Moist - 3.5 (Dry Meat). Size - 6 (Good not unusual). Not great either, but I was surprised. Crunch - 0 (NO crunch, maybe just a different style or something). Moist - 7 (really moist, one plus :). Size - 6.5 (Good size, but not enough flavor to judge). For the Love of Hot Wings. Saturday, December 19, 2009. Mad Dash: Pizza and Wings. 3 levels: Mild, Hot and 100% pain (when they say pain they mean it). With each level comes five or six different flavors. We asked for the hottest ones they had (100% pain, flavor: habenero and honey) they were coated with honey, so you could eat them, and then came the heat un believable heat. 100% Pain: Habenero and Honey:. Spicy: 11 out of 10 (killer). Flavor: 5 (was killed (See above). Size: 7 (kind of small).

Passionate about life at 65. Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Saturday I worked in the kitchen at Magalia church. We served 1000 people a free turkey dinner. I was very tired because the kitchen was very warm. Sunday I went to church and then to lunch at Leon's . It was spactacular. Eggs benedict on top of yams and spinach with feta. I have to take KK there. Monday I played cards in the afternoon and came in second place. I won several dollars. Today I am sending out my Christmas cards. Always, early.

I like knowing, whats in the food I'm cooking, right down to the spices and quality of oils, so I prefer to make everything from scratch, including sauces, pasta sauces, dressings and now I'm venturing into curry pastes. So last week I made a massaman curry paste. I tried to use as many of the whole spices as I could, the pre ground ones just don't produce the same flavour. 1 tablespoon white peppercorns. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds. 3 cloves of garlic.
