Excerpts from life on the RUN...: Achilles Tendonitis
http://live4marathons.blogspot.com/2012/01/achilles-tendonitis.html

I have it. The problem began to affect my right Achilles tendon at the end of my 12 mile long run in week one of this training plan. If you experience pain in the Achilles tendon whil...

Excerpts from life on the RUN...: Patience
http://live4marathons.blogspot.com/2011/12/patience.html
