The Kids Made Me Fat: Back to School
http://www.thekidsmademefat.com/2013/08/back-to-school.html
Thursday, August 1, 2013. Yesterday I set out to do some back to school shopping with just one thing on my list: A toaster. During the proceeding school year, I would stand at the counter cursing my toaster for not toasting fast enough and then curse myself for having a toaster with space for just two slices. When I'm trying to get all of us to school by 8am, every minute counts and with each of my girls eating two waffles each - my poor old toaster was just not getting it done. JUSTIN: Why was that?

The Life of H{e}arts. Our sweet life in Italy. Monday, 16 February 2015. Love and Red Velvet. How crazy these past few months have been! It seems that as every year goes by faster and faster. The holidays always FLY by and all of a sudden I find myself in February. Lucky for me, February is one of my favourite months! The girls play inside by the fire in the evenings - tea parties, dressing up, doctors - and I prepare for the fun holidays of February. Valentine's Day, Isabelle's birthday and Carnevale.

The Bajorek Twins!: November 2011
http://twinbajoreks.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 23, 2011. What I am Thankful for the Day Before Thanksgiving. 1) My kids - without whom I might have actually been able to talk on the phone today to a friend without having to lock myself in a bathroom in order to hear her amidst my kids screaming. 2) Sharpie markers that have caps on them - without which all of my kids' clothes would have been ruined considering they threw a marker and post-it notes in the dryer before I ran it. But seriously.how cute are they? Time to Fess Up.

The Bajorek Twins!: March 2012
http://twinbajoreks.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 29, 2012. My blogging furlough is over which means I'M BACK! BTW, why did no one tell me that at two years old (TYO) it would be like toddler boot camp? Pacifiers, potty training, big girl beds? People always try to reassure me by saying, "Have you ever seen someone graduate high school with a pacifier in his mouth? UmmmNO, but I suspect his poor mom went through hell trying to get rid of the darn thing! Someone's gotta teach these kids to pee on the potty! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Life of H{e}arts. Our sweet life in Italy. Tuesday, 23 October 2012. Beauty and the Beast. So here I am about 500 years later. Sorry to keep you all waiting, but I figure that with the advent of Facebook and Twitter, you all already know that all the previous baby hocus pocus was indeed correct! A little GIRL will be our newest addition in February! I must admit I am pretty darn happy and excited - the thought of not having to go out and buy anything has me absolutely giddy. I washed and scrubbed, co...

The Life of H{e}arts: April 2012
http://lavitadicuori.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
The Life of H{e}arts. Our sweet life in Italy. Tuesday, 24 April 2012. I have accepted that I am not the coolest person in the world. Most of my childhood, I struggled to come to terms with gangly arms and legs. A very small head. Broad shoulders. Really bad eyes and big glasses, braces for an underbite and lots of hand-me-downs. I have a strange penchant for spouting off facts and correcting people's grammar. I am rubbish at maths but have an uncanny knack for proper usage of the English language. While...

The Life of H{e}arts. Our sweet life in Italy. Tuesday, 22 November 2011. Il Giorno di Ringraziamento. Of all the American holidays, this is top bananas for me. And as long as I have been here in Italy, I have never made it back home for the celebration and it brings a little tear to my eye every time I think about it. So, that means 6 years with no turkey. No dressing. No gravy. No pumpkin pie. Do you think that I would voluntarily miss out on that? Do you also think I am dead inside? And then there is ...
