Same work to rest ratio applies just like every other Tabata interval, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 rounds 4 minutes total! Just some food for thought…. Elaboration on last post. Clean it up →. It’s a desert out there. Drink a full glass of water each morning immediately upon arising from bed (When you are sleeping your body goes without water for 8 hours, so we need to replenish it’s supply). Drink small amounts of water continuously throughout the day (If you are thirsty, that is a sign you haven’t drank enough). Limit caffeine and alcohol intake as they dehydrate your body. Feeling dizzy or lightheaded. No tears when crying.
