Those of you that have attended the first two Olympic Lifting classes have learned a good amount about the power clean. Through those two classes you should have learned a good starting position as well as the basic technique of the whole movement. Just some food for thought…. Elaboration on last post. Clean it up →. It’s a desert out there. Drink a full glass of water each morning immediately upon arising from bed (When you are sleeping your body goes without water for 8 hours, so we need to replenish it’s supply). Drink small amounts of water continuously throughout the day (If you are thirsty, that is a sign you haven’t drank enough). Limit caffeine and alcohol intake as they dehydrate your body. Feeling dizzy or lightheaded. No tears when crying.

When I first started elements I HATED it, I dreaded going, I dreaded the workout, and I was not into it at all! NOWmeeting new people and realizing no one judges and that you can only get better at the workouts as time goes by I do not like missing a day. Crossfit has really changed the way I view working out and on my off days, I cant wait till the next day to see how well I can accomplish the next workout!
