Thursday, 14 June 2012. 630am and in fine LAMM tradition (or so I'm told), we were woken by bag pipes, as the player walked among our tents, ensuring even the heaviest sleeper doesn't miss the start of the race. A minority of one. Friday, 31 August 2012. Our annual adventure this year was 5 weeks on the road, down to the Pyrenees and then to the Alps with Annie and our bikes. Rather than bore you with pages of dry prose, I've made a video. Hopefully my cinematography will prove to be better than my writing! Col du Soulor and Aubisque. Col du spandelles and Soulor. Grands Goulets and Gorges de la Bourne. Run - Le Grand Veymont. Alpe d'Huez and Col du Sarenne. Col Croix de Fer and col du Glandon - 35mi 2000m.

Thursday, 25 February 2010. Autumn in a small limestone side valley. Is spate, this little burn holds a fair amount of water, draining a huge area of moorland. While hundreds of tourists walking past, only this one girl stood perfectly still throughout the exposure.
