Finally we decided to cut them down ourselves. This is how tall they were. Sixty feet. You can compare them to the height of the house. That is a 25' ladder against the one tree. My dad made a rocket launcher out of ABS and a door bell switch. It is hooked up to a compressor. When you push the button the rocket shoots up in the air. Friday, November 2, 2012. Ben found a huge snail nestled into the rocky beach. He really wanted to keep it! He carried it around for awhile hoping to at least show someone else, but in the end just returned it to it's home. This Jellyfish was my find. Pretty big Jellyfish! Emmett was with us at the beach too, he just didn't know it. Nice to have a baby that will sleep wherever we go. Although he is becoming less portable in his old age :). I don't think Norah minded walking around in wet pants at all.

Saturday, February 11, 2012. Today has been a perfect day! As I've grown older I seem to like Birthday's less and less, but today was an exception. What more could I have asked for? You just can't beat waking up to the smiling face of a toddler, especially MY toddler. We then had a yummy breakfast of fruit crepes.
