Aaron on the Web: My power hat

http://www.aaronontheweb.blogspot.com/2010/10/my-power-hat.html

Aaron on the Web. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. So hats (amongst other things). I have a hard time with hats. Not students wearing them. Not the fact that they exist. Just that so many teachers are hung up on them. I don't want to die on some foreign hill over a hat. I want my students to learn. I want to have good relationships with them. I like hats. Especially after bad haircuts. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Not Sylvesters Tweety anymore!

Aaron on the Web. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. EDCI 353B Focal Blog 3. So I read everything that was easily accessible on Will Richardson's blog, I have read a pretty substantial hunk of Steven Johnson's " Everything Bad is Good for You. Will they need it? Aaron on the Web. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Not Sylvester's Tweety anymore! Okay, I love twitter. I think it should be used in the classroom, not only by teachers but by students as well. Why? Because people who are not in your classroom are going to have no idea what your students are tweeting about if they aren't there. So what does that mean? Do you really think this is not going to be a workplace issue in the future? It seems to me that it is already one now. Links to this post. Lastly, assuming t...

Friday, October 1, 2010. While on vacation this past summer, I took this picture in Seattle at the Fish Market. Learning to Teach: Adventures in Digital Editing

http://learning2-teach.blogspot.com/2010/10/adventures-in-digital-editing.html

Friday, October 1, 2010. Adventures in Digital Editing. This is my first attempt at digital editing and I chose to experiment with Picnik. Original photo by HaPe Gera. Editing Options - adjustable threshold and duo tone. My first impression of Picnik. Editing Options - desaturated and colourized. Although I was impressed with the advanced editing options on Splashup. I found the numerous technical difficulties very frustrating. If I were working on a tight deadline, I would most likely use Picnik.
