The exploits of my bicycles and I. The Hub Bicycle Shop. 24 July, 2010. It's been quite busy in the past couple months and for whatever reason motivation to post has been low. I am hoping with the BlogPress app I am more likely to post regularly now. I plan to catch up on the past couple months of race reports, but it hasn't been anything too exciting. The good news is that everything is falling into place for Cyclocross season - very exciting! Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone. Posted by Jeff Moote.

The exploits of my bicycles and I. The Hub Bicycle Shop. 24 August, 2011. Summer wrap-up part 1: Detroit and Windsor Crits. While certainly not timely nor regular, my posts on here have at least settled into a good rhythm and without full race reports for each event I am not constantly behind. Due to the amount of material I am going to split this into three posts over the coming days. Next: Binbrook 40k TT and lots of MTB. Posted by Jeff Moote. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The exploits of my bicycles and I. The Hub Bicycle Shop. 17 October, 2010. Full Moon Vista Ellison Park Cyclocross. Alright, blogging in bed from the iPhone so as you can imagine I'll want to keep this brief (but of course I always say that). I carpooled to Rochester with Shawn who would be racing the 35 after my race, the cat 3/4. The drive was much smoother than the usual GTA trek and I can see racing in this area more often out of convenience. I got to the start corral early enough to secure the last ...

The exploits of my bicycles and I. The Hub Bicycle Shop. 10 May, 2010. Albion Hills O-Cup Race Report. With the rain throughout the week prior, I was beginning to think that this would be a repeat of last year’s slog in the mud, and mentally prepared for that sort of race. Preriding on Saturday just as the last of the major rainstorms blew over, it was clear that while the course was wet, it had taken the rain quite well and would dry up quickly. The Babbling Blog: March 2011
http://baydprit.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
A blog about racing on skinny tires, and whatever else is up with the universe. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Brought to you by Old Man Winter. Nothing like a commute home as your pawls freeze up and your pedals spin with no engagement with the rest of the time spent biking sideways. Gah. Still, I can't complain. It could be worse, right? Tuesday, March 15, 2011. If I Were King. I would make this an official national holiday. Happy 'first outside ride of the year' day/week everyone! Saturday, March 12, 2011.

THE ADVENTURES OF QUADZILLA. Sunday, November 28, 2010. So at the end of the night, like other people who work 9-5, when I take my shoes off, the only reason my socks smell like shit is because I've been kicking ass all day". Friend recommended I watch this, I recommend you watch this. Sunday, November 28, 2010. Saturday, November 20, 2010. This week I went for a couple hikes in Shorthills. I like to run down hills and up hills, because I find walking them boring and more tiring. So I cover groun...It lo...

http://adecal.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
THE ADVENTURES OF QUADZILLA. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Should be doing homework. I'm back home and back to business here in St. Catharines. Endurance camp was a huge success for me, and I feel that I got the most out of my time in South Carolina. The weather was amazing, with only one cool rainy day, that we opted to spend indoors. Not because we are soft, but because we are smart. 7degC and pouring rain definitely would have weakened us. Always sad to leave, but that's how she goes. Now I'm amongst a...

SPRINTING AWAY: October 2011
http://adecal.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
THE ADVENTURES OF QUADZILLA. Monday, October 3, 2011. Its been a while since I've left a race with a check that had my name on it. Thanks to a solid performance on a trusty set-up, I made it into the money at the first ever Tour de King. The cross bike really beats you up on those trails. Seeing the finish was a big relief cause I'm not sure I could've gone much longer. Third was secured, and all that was left to do was eat a great bbq and drink free beer! Monday, October 03, 2011. 3rd @ Tour de King.
