Saturday, November 26, 2011. It's been awhile since I've updated anything here. October has been a busy month for running. Heartland 100 was first. Kansas may seem flat, but in the Flint Hills. it has some hills. When you're at 70 or more miles, those hills become big, steep hills. It was great to be back in Kansas for another 100 miler finish.
