I hear this all the time now, which is pretty freaky. Truth is, I hide my excess weight well, and learned a lot watching What Not to Wear! So, at today's weight of 164 ( BMI. Of 291), I definitely need to loose a minimum of 17 lbs more, which would put me safely below 150 and at a BMI. 29 which is, in fact, considered "overweight". Loving on the Edge.

In a regular size 16, Candy Corn Just Isn't What it Used to Be. So, I can officially shop for and buy clothes that FIT in a "regular" store now. I purchased a regular size 16 pair of pants at Target last night and I've been wearing size XL shirts for a few months already! This is a big, big deal!
