March 11, 2013. 3 4 teaspoon Oil. 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves. 1 Onion of medium size. 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Paste. 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala. 1/2 cup Cooked Toor Dal. 3/4 teaspoon Salt as required. Peel and cut 1/2 inch cubes of Green Plantain. Ground the onions finely. On flame, add oil to heat. Add onions that are grounded and stir for 1 minute. Add salt 3/4 teaspoon or to taste. Add chopped Green Plantain. Powder and stir for 2 seconds. Powder to increase spice as desired.

A great WordPress.com site. March 10, 2013. 1/4 teaspoon aniseed ( Sompu). 1 Cup of Water. 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves. 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste. Wash and cut the Drumsticks. To your required size. Chop a large onion finely. S into small pieces. Use tomato. Which are tangy for better taste. On flame and add oil in the wok. When oil heats up, add Sompu. Stir little and the add the chopped onion. Once onions attains light brown, add garlic paste. Powder when the onion and garlic mix give out a nice aroma.

Ingredients: Ground Masala Items. 1 teaspoon Jeera Powder. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder. 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste. 10 to 12 Curry leaves. 2 teaspoon of Shredded Coriander Leaves.
