http://amycquick.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
An American Blonde In Lugansk. Thursday, November 28, 2013. Happy Thanksgiving From Ukraine. My third and last Thanksgiving in Ukraine. And it was one for the record books. Perfectly small with a portion of so many great and traditional Thanksgiving foods. I was lucky enough to have Jon, a PCV who lives a few hours north of me come down and help me cook. We had a blast. I was so on top of the cooking that while the turkey cooked we watched a movie. It was a lovely day. Wednesday, November 27, 2013. Tonig...

An American Blonde In Lugansk. Wednesday, December 25, 2013. Today was fantastic. I had lots of great help in the kitchen, which makes for a relaxing Christmas Day. There was a ton of food, but the biggest success of the night was definitely the goose. It was simply amazing. I would cook a goose again without it being a holiday.
