A Cook With Love. Carrot Halwa (Gajjar Ka Halwa). Probably the ingredient missing is mom’s love and the touch of those magical hands! Carrot – 0.5 Kg. Milk – 250 ml. Sugar – 7-8 tablespoon. Khova – 100 grams. Cardamom – 6-7 numbers. Seasoning – Cashews and Raisins. Ghee – 2 teaspoon. In a pressure cooker, put carrot and milk (250 ml) and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes.
