Saturday, June 14, 2008. I am continuing to work away here in Edinburgh. I am trying to finish a chapter (maybe two if I keep writing at the pace that I have been for the last three days! Anyway, it was good practice all in all and I'm glad I did it. But after a few weeks it caught up with me and I was sick this past weekend. Well, that's about all that's happening around here. I am approaching my final days in Buenos Aires, and the actual last day before I start Fulbright activites. Monday, I move into the Columbia Palace Hotel and Tuesday begin orientation. I am fairly certain that I could- in an ideal world- be showering a little more often. Cultural norms and germ immunity aside, the incident at the kiosk violated my germphobic comfort zone.
