Keep it pretty clean for the most part. Except of the beer of course. Feeling really good except for my shoulder. May try acupuncture. Dr. Mike recommended it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sunday, February 28, 2010. Coffee, coffee, and more coffee. Picked up Max from the Emergency Vet Clinic. He is doing well so far, seems to be happy to walk around his yard and nap in his own bed. Still "guarded" condition but so much better than Friday, nearly lost him in surgery. Finally ate around 1:00: 3 scrambled eggs with some chopped up turkey, nectarine, avocado. A few mac nuts for a snack. Dinner: Grilled chicken, asparagus with a little olive oil and sea salt, walnuts. Saturday, February 27, 2010.

Monday-Squat, Press, Clean-Some chins, Tues-Conditioning/Daily WOD, Wed-Mobility WODS, Thurs-Squat, Bench, Dead-some chins, Friday-Conditioning/Daily WOD. Toss in 2 CFE's a week, add in a little Paleo and gosh darn it we've got a plan! I want to get strong but not lose touch with my conditioning. Monday, September 27, 2010. 55 Days to Half, 102 to Ragnar. I got to count for Jeremy from CF Thoroughbreds, on his first round he knocked out 49 push presses in the first minute! Coach B and MK broke the 300 mark.incredible! All in all a great way to start the weekend. I just finished going through the photos and will have them on CD's by the middle of the week. Thanks to Sarina and Adrian for getting some great shots! I want to see them! Saturday, September 18, 2010. 64 Days to Half, 111 to Ragnar.

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. No words to describe. WOD: I chose to do 21-15-9, OHS, DL. I started with Rx'd weight. My back cramped up bad. Kept dropping weight, but back was still acting up. Jason said to call it a day and listen to my body because we don't want to hurt ourselves. Thank you Jason for making me stop because I would have kept going and probably severely hurt myself. Here is where the back problem stemmed from:. Breakfast: eggs, grapes, AB. Lunch: chicken, almonds. March 30, 2010 at 8:55 PM.

Saturday, January 1, 2011. 6 Days to Ragnar. It looks like the weather will be perfect for Ragnar and we won't need to bring a lot of cold gear. I can't imagine that any of us will get much sleep so it will be interesting how we hold up, especially that last leg. January 4, 2011 at 8:59 AM. I am sure you will be purged and ready to go for the Ragnar! Good luck to you and the team- I bet is will be a hoot, and I hope you get to enjoy some of Lindsays LaraBalls! Paul and I will be thinking of you guys!
