Friday, June 11, 2010. Thursday, June 10. Meal 1: fage greek style yogurt, dried cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, almonds. Green tea and honey, cinnamon, and half and half. Meal 2: 3 HBEs, avocado, salsa. Meal 3: organic gluten free pizza from pizza fusion w/ spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato sauce, cheese, and garlic and organic gluten free brownie for dessert = yum. had HUGE craving for it. :). Monday, August 2, 2010. Mondays are so dang rough. I always get only 5 hours or so of sleep before the work week starts. I need at least 7/8. Ack. Today I consumed three HBEs, a few orange wedges, and a plaeo cookie for lunch - go me! I am enjoying HBEs again. Go figure. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. No words to describe. WOD: I chose to do 21-15-9, OHS, DL. I started with Rx'd weight. My back cramped up bad. Kept dropping weight, but back was still acting up. Jason said to call it a day and listen to my body because we don't want to hurt ourselves. Thank you Jason for making me stop because I would have kept going and probably severely hurt myself.
