Wednesday, June 9, 2010. This blog is going private now. I wanted to close it up after Eme's one year anniversary of being home with her video that I've yet to make. Thank you for following our journey to China and for the numerous comments and emails throughout this journey. I've enjoyed you all and wish you the best. The pain of the wait. The total annoyance of paper work. The long flight over there. The agency who was nothing short of perfect. The social worker that redid my paperwork 3 times.

Sunday, November 29, 2009. Big Time Fun over Thanksgiving. We spent our long Thanksgiving weekend at J's parents home enjoying lots of competition and lots of laughter. I love red bean paste mooncakes.but my pre-k peeps don't seem to like them as much as I do:) Here is a kid friendly mooncake recipe that Sophie brought to school last year and will bring again to school this year along with a story about the Mid-Autumn Festival. We decided on this book. This year for Sophie's 4 year old preschool class. 1 1 Can Pillsbury "Grand rounds" refrigerated biscuits. 1 Wash your hands.
